About

Meet Brandon

Brandon first learned the importance of customer experience and customer service at the young age of 16 during his first job as a cold-calling telemarketer.  As employees would come and go faster than you change socks Brandon would stay for the two year tenure of his High School working days. This helped lay the foundation for what he would be passionate about sharing throughout his life.

In 2011 Brandon and his family moved to a brand new city to plant Cultivate Church. Today the church meets in multiple locations with hundreds gathering and serving every weekend. He sits on the board and serves as a coach with the Vine Network, an organization that endorses pastors, missionaries, and military chaplains with partnership with the NAE. He also serves as Program Director for For Tomorrow, the substance prevention program for the city of Alabaster, AL and part of CADCA.

He is known for his practical, applicable, comical, and engaging communication style . He speaks on a wide range of topics from  leadership, communication, customer service, company culture, mental health, substance use, abuse, and prevention. With 20 years experience in corporate communications, professional and spiritual development, Brandon is a sought after speaker and professional trainer and has spoken to thousands of audiences. With his experience leading customer service teams with Apple Inc.,  starting, leading, and coaching various organizations, teams, non-profits, and businesses for over 20 years., he loves sharing this insight with organizations just like yours.

Brandon resides in Birmingham, AL with his wife Jen, son Asher, French Bulldog Chief, and his dozens of fish in his aquariums.
